Our group is focused on the study of quantum transport properties , out of equilibrium transport properties and tunnel spectroscopy (nanogap and STM). These studies are mostly motivated by fundamental questions in solid state physics, but we also wish to contribute to the emergence of new electronic architectures.





One first theme we are working on is the study of quantum confinement effects in various types of nanoparticles through tunneling spectroscopy. To that end, we are using two complementary techniques, STM spectroscopy and on-chip spectroscopy.

We are particularly interested by quantum confinement effects on superconductivity and the study of the electronic spectrum in strongly correlated electronic materials.





The second theme we are working on is the study of quantum coherent transport phenomena. Currently, we are mostly interested by the study of Spin Hall effect and Josephson effect in hybrid semiconductor-supraconductor junctions.
